While our full design and installation services are focused on areas around our showrooms, many of our high-quality closet systems, wardrobes, and organizers can be shipped directly to your location across Canada for self-assembly or installation by your chosen local professional.
How Our Shipping Works:
- Products Eligible for Shipping: We offer shipping for a wide range of our products, including modular walk-in closet systems, freestanding wardrobe units, closet organizers and accessories, DIY Murphy bed kits. Please note that some highly complex or oversized custom projects may have limitations.
- Requesting a Shipping Quote: For most shipped orders, shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You can request a shipping quote by contacting our sales team, during the online checkout process for eligible items.
- Order Confirmation & Lead Times: Once your order and shipping are confirmed, we will provide an estimated production and delivery lead time. Standard shipping lead times vary by destination and product type, typically ranging from 3-4 months after production is complete.
- Delivery Process: Most shipped items are delivered curbside. It will be your responsibility to move items into your home. For some larger orders or specific locations, alternative delivery options may be available at an additional cost – please inquire.
- Assembly: Shipped systems typically require self-assembly. Detailed instructions are provided. For customers who prefer professional assembly, we recommend sourcing a qualified local handyman or installer in your area.
