1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website www.eurostyle.design (the “Website”), as well as the associated websites operated by Euro Style Design:

(collectively referred to as the “Websites”). These Websites and their services are provided by Euro Style Design (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using any of the Websites, users agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Websites or services.

Territorial Scope

Euro Style Design operates exclusively within Canada. While some of the brands or products featured on our Websites may have international recognition, the services offered through our Websites are intended solely for customers located within Canada.

2. Cancellations, Refunds, and Exchanges

Euro Style Design  allows cancellations, refunds, and exchanges, but each request will be assessed on an individual basis. Refunds and exchanges are possible within 5 days after receiving the merchandise. Items must be in their original condition with packaging intact.
A 25% restocking fee will apply to returns. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, including costs for items originally offered with “free shipping.”
Special orders and floor models are final sales and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

3. Custom Orders and Delivery

All products offered by Euro Style Design are customized to each customer’s preferences. Due to the nature of customization, orders may require several months for production and delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or absence, additional fees may apply for redelivery.

Storage Policy: Once merchandise arrives at our warehouse, Euro Style Design will store it free for one month. After this period, a 10% storage fee per month will be applied.

4. Warranty Policy

Euro Style Design offers a warranty on specific items. Warranty coverage applies only to eligible products and is contingent on proper use and care.

Not Covered Under Warranty:

• Natural variations in shade, grain, and texture of materials.
• Leather products may show natural marks and scars, which do not impair quality.
• Damage from misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and resolutions may include repair, replacement, or other remedies at the Company’s discretion.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Websites—including but not limited to text, images, product descriptions, design elements, graphics, logos, and trademarks—is the exclusive property of Euro Style Design, unless otherwise stated.

Any third-party product names, logos, trademarks, or brand identifiers featured on the Websites are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship by Euro Style Design unless explicitly stated.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or any other use of intellectual property—whether owned by Euro Style Design or by third parties—is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

Euro Style Design does not assume responsibility for damages resulting from improper use, handling, or assembly of its products. While we strive for accuracy, color, material, and finish variations may occur and do not warrant returns or refunds.
We are not liable for third-party services, including shipping carriers or payment processors. Euro Style Design disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding third-party services.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Disputes must be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal action is pursued. Claims must be filed in a jurisdiction within Canada.

8. Shipping & Installation

• Standard Delivery is to the first floor unless pre-arranged.
• Installation does not include wall mounting or electrical setup.
• Redelivery Fees apply if the recipient is unavailable at the scheduled time.
• Customer Pickup is available, and customers are responsible for securing their items.
• Freight Shipments: Customers must inspect items upon delivery and report damages immediately.

9. Updates and Modifications

These Terms are publicly available on the Website and may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
